Brief phone interview followed by in-person at corporate headquarters. Put in a conference room and groups of 2-5 employees rotate in to interview you. The process was fairly straightforward and most interactions were conversational. I was interviewing against someone whose mother currently worked for them, and each group asked me if my parent worked there. This, to me, made it seem as though their decision was made purely from a nepotistic basis. They told me I'd hear back in the next couple days which did not happen. After waiting I emailed the recruiter, and received an automated response, which was pretty insulting.
