I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Vertex Promotions (Carlisle, England)
Interview
Sat in a room with a presentation, didn’t tell the group I was with anything about the job in detail, waffled on about advertisements and stuff. Was very shady and didn’t answer questions straight up felt like pyramid scheme or some American thin. Didn’t answer my questions and just said we would find out if we got to next stage where you had to follow someone for a whole day. Seemed like most people got through to second stage.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Vertex Promotions (Carlisle, England) in Dec 2019
Interview
There was no interview. It was a presentation to try to persuade me to join their shady company. Using phrases like "thousands of offices worldwide" even though the website indicates nothing of the sort. What's more, their website uses stock images that don't feature any of the actual staff or the inside of the building, which was very bare-bones given how "successful" they are supposed to be.
Trying to tempt me in with ludicrous rates of £1000/week in commission-only sales (turns out it's door to door sales, not promotions) with NO MINIMUM PAY regardless of how many hours you're working.
Told this "rags to riches" story by the manager, who apparently worked a factory job before being given this "wonderful" opportunity which is most certainly an MLM.
It was dodgy as heck and left me with a strange feeling. They never got back in touch afterwards, which I am glad for. I think it's because I asked what the minimum pay is (zilch).

Question 1
They asked me nothing, but gave me a sheet to fill in, with some vapid character-assessment questions on it. They had no idea what my qualifications or experience were so were clearly just trying to lure in anybody who would fall for it.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Vertex Promotions (Carlisle, England) in Oct 2018
Interview
Sat in a room with a bunch of people and told how great sales was and how I would make so much money on commission just exaggerated on it made it sound like a dream job when it was cold calling knocking peoples doors, just tried to avoid when asked specifically what the job was. 9 1/2 hour days probs longer cause they said they work round Cumbria. Basically a commission job no basic knocking doors or standing in streets he said all weathers. Mention other staff in the room who looked bored but said they were about to open their own company. Pyramid scheme too the max
