I applied through a post I saw on facebook. They loved that I followed them on facebook. I heard back the following week with a request to be interviewed. I came in that following week for an hour long interview and received an email a few days later with an offer.

They asked me to point out my favorite project and asked me to explain my process and role in it. It's a pretty standard question for a designer.
