You will meet with 3 people during the interview: 1. Mike Vespoli (Owner/CEO) - question and challenge his description of the job to clarify what it REALLY is. 2. Dave Trond (VP of sales) - Down to earth guy, but doesn't really care about your job. He's focused on the Sales team 3. Walter Torres (Manufacturing Director) - Don't trust what this person says at all, he will tell you the job is 40 hrs/week and then keep you there 60-80 if you take the job.
