Vested interview questions

After an intro call with a recruiter, I was invited to meet with two members of the leadership team on a 30 min zoom call. I was excited about the role, as it seemed to be a perfect fit with my background in finance and PR. Unfortunately, the interview was incredibly awkward. The MD on the call came off as very cold and I felt uncomfortable from the start of the interview. Lots of prolonged periods of silence after I answered the questions. When he flat out asked me, "What's your superpower--something no one else at this company brings to the table?" I struggled to answer. Honestly, how does one answer that? I hope they don't make all candidates feel as stupid as I felt during this interview. Although I gave it my best shot, my best wasn't good enough for them and I wasn't moved on to the next interview. Overall, they came off as snobby and unwelcoming.

3 rounds with the final round being a presentation of a redesign task. Fairly easy. I would say the design task is time consuming and would’ve been great if it was compensated for.
