First they call you to say that they wanna make interview with you. Then you make video call with HR. Then they call you to company to meet chief of department which you applied for. Then if they think you are available for position, they call you last time for having interview with director. Then if everything goes well, they hire you.

I was interviewed and hired before the company was built and hired solely on my experience and background info. I was asked about my computer skills and soft skills. Hospitality interaction was a big keynote. I had to be able to multi-task. Emergency situations would from time to time fall into my responsibility so always being prepared was of utmost importance.
