I had a disappointing experience during the interview process at Viafoura. After being invited to a virtual interview, I spent time preparing and adjusted my schedule accordingly. However, the meeting was abruptly canceled a few days prior with a one-line message and no explanation or attempt to reschedule. The communication felt impersonal and dismissive, which left a negative impression of the hiring experience. It’s important for candidates to feel that their time and effort are respected, and unfortunately, that was not the case in this instance.
