The interview was extremely strange, felt like it was AI. They talked extremely fast, and the camera was off the entire time. It felt extremely impersonal, and I had to do a lot of work for this interview, only to get no offer.
The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Vial in Mar 2024
Interview
This was by far the most disorganized and unprofessional the interview process I’ve ever had. I applied in March and did not receive an HR screen call or interview, but instead received a link to book a 15 min call. They were extremely confused and didn’t know why I didn’t speak with HR first, but proceeded with an interview. Things seemed to have gone really well, and the team member assured me I would hear from the team about next steps the next week, and even outlined that there were three more interviews to follow. After that, I was completely ghosted by the team and sent multiple follow up emails to which I received no reply whatsoever. This was the most unprofessional process I’ve ever undergone for a job position. I hope you take this into consideration given many of the same experience as mine across Glassdoor.

Interview
Didn't hear from them for over a month after filling out the initial application, then was redirected to another position (totally fine). Had a screening interview with someone from Vial (maybe? got no info on their actual job title) in which they said that I would hear back in a few business days to a week - followed up with my initial recruiter a couple weeks after that in which they said I would hear back "soon", but ended up being ghosted completely. Makes one wonder how organized they are as they keep listing the position I applied for (same JD) under different titles.
