Interview
My team leader whom Id met at a job fair and another team leader plus one of the local service users. Relaxed and informal atmosphere in my local town hall. I was left to read a scenario about a hypothetical situation in which a service user was severely distressed and asked to write how i would deal with that. I wrote that I would try to reassure them , check that if theyre unwell, and call a team leader if this wasnt helping them.
