Victoria's Secret Interview Questions

Interview

I submitted a paper application in-store and was called back for an interview. It was informal and done in the store. I really enjoyed the experience and everyone was very friendly.

Friendly and very talkative, asking questions about myself and reviewed my resume in detail. It was a smooth process and not very long.

I applied in-person. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret.

Quick and easy. Went through two interviews in one day and got hired after a week. I didn't receive a call until I decided to call them to follow up with my interview.

After a brief phone call, there was an in-person interview with the manager. I was offered the job the following day. They needed help immediately because of the busy holiday season and they brought on a bunch of people.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret.

The manager was very knowledgeable and friendly. I showed up 10 minutes early and she was already prepared to take me back. She gave me a timeline of the hiring process so I wasn't waiting around for an answer.

the interview was in a group setting. very high energy workplace. You have to answer in front of people which was uncomfortable and it made me not really want to work there.

The interview process was pretty straight forward. Asked if I had experience with back of house operations. Emphasize that you like organization because the backroom always needs to be kept organized and it can be a chore sometimes.

Next, group interview for about an hour

Do you consider yourself a motivated person?
"Can you describe a positive experience you've had at one of our stores?"

Very laid back and fun, they have you sell an item to them. Downside is hiring process can be very drawn out. Worth waiting for though! Great benefits making the process worth it.

Group interview and was asked to sell an item that I was carrying on my person. Only one interview and was hired. I was able to choose my shift although I did work overtime.
