Victory Capital interview questions

The interview process will be mostly behavioral, focusing on how you handle different situations, work with others, and approach challenges. Rather than testing only technical skills, the conversation is designed to understand your personality, communication style, and problem-solving abilities. Ultimately, they will decide to move forward if they feel that you’re not only capable of performing the role but also a strong cultural and interpersonal fit for the team.

Interviewed by phone first this was about a 1 hour process. And afterwards with panel of 4 each separately. The panel process was to be about 15 minutes with each person. Overall process took about 3 hours.
