I was called by a recruiter who was really nice. Explained to me what they had to offer. The company structure, pay, projects, company pros and cons. I then had 2 calls with the Principle in charge who I already knew. The recruiter prepped me for the call. The Principle was nice, the process was very laid back and honest. He comes across as a down to earth, hard working guy.
