I interviewed in 2016 for a Software Engineer position. I applied online and was contacted by the internal recruiter. We talked about an hour about what Videa did as a company, my previous experience, and how interested I would be. I was then set up with a telephone interview with the hiring manager. The telephone interview was a combination of technical and non-technical, and I had to program a sample program online, as well as technology questions regarding their stack. I was brought in for a technical interview at their HQ. The interview was a panel-type interview where various members of the technical staff interviewed me about different things. The technical parts of the interview were both quiz style and whiteboard style, and the non-technical parts were regarding the industry and business and how the business worked in general. I was then given a tour of the office space, and had my parking validated. Once I had an offer in-hand, I had to go through a background check and drug test, and after the background check and drug test was done, I was cleared to start.
