I appreciated the opportunity to apply, but the recruitment process was not handled well. The job description mentioned the use of AI, but it did not clarify that interviews would be conducted entirely by automated calls. The AI contacted me at an unscheduled and rather late hour, and when the call dropped, it attempted to reconnect at random times. There was no human point of contact throughout the process, and the final rejection came through an automated email. This created a detached and uncomfortable experience. A more transparent and human approach would greatly improve the candidate journey.
