Interview
The lady who was supposed to interview me was late. We sat at an open conference table in the middle of the space with people entering and exiting the offices during the interview. The lady interviewing me was nice and pretty young. What was most bizarre and concerning was that during the interview the lady told me the salary would be 30,000 per year and then later on during the interview she mentioned 6 months into the job the position would be commission based. Lastly, she said she would contact me by the end of the week with the final decision yet 30 mins after the interview I received an email asking if I could come back in for a second round of interviews. I replied asking if there was another time I could come back and never received a response.

Interview
They ask a lot of simple questions. Don't think of it too much. It is straight to the point and usually last about 10 minutes. Most people usually get a second call back because they people are always quitting or getting fired. People are disposable to them.

Interview
The interview process is very self-explanatory. The questions asked are tricky, but they allow you to answer and personalize your answers. The interviewer lays out what is expected of the employee and how the company is being ran. You are interviewed by more than one person, so you know that they position is competitive.
