ridiculously long drawn out interview process. You meet with virtually everyone and there are numerous finalist so you never really have an idea of where you stand. Finalists are all presented with benefits information in a very detailed manner, which is ridiculous since only one will be offered the job. Have interviewed at a few places now and Villanova was one of the worst experiences.

they asked many questions about difficult situations on the job and how I handled them
HR 20 min screening call, 30 min Zoom interview with director of office, final round 2.5h interview including presentation with hiring committee, director, and dean. Process took a few months.
long, lots of scenerio based questions such as what would you do during a conflict between residents and how would you solve it. What traits can help you be a stronger RA
