I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Villara Building Systems (McClellan, CA) in May 2022
Interview
Multiple interviews with many stakeholders. They have a great senior corporate recruiter. I found her to be genuine and looked out for the best interest of applicants. The hiring manager, a long time employee, was very respectful throughout the process. The process was a very long process - several weeks with 5 interviews. They have an in-house lean and CI engineer, so read up on lean management.
Even after I informed the company I had accepted another position and dropped out of the long interview process, they continued to be respectful.

Phone interview and then in-person. Said there was another in-person interview but I was not selected. Interviewed was kind of unprofessional but friendly. Interview was one on one and pretty laid back.

Interview
I was asked to describe a time I can collaborate with a peer to solve a problem. It was an easy question but hard to do especially if the customer is rude at you and you need to control your patience.
