I was referred in by a current PM. I screened through a recruiter who had a few basic questions, then went on to interview virtually with 2 others in senior management. The second interview was organized & went smoothly. The interviewers made me feel comfortable. The final interview was with the director and senior director. I think my nerves got me on the final interview, but I felt it was more tough. Interview questions should be answered in the STAR method. I felt the first interview was more focused on what has happened in your career past, and the final interview was more focused on how you would handle future situations
