I met with the CEO (Ryan) and within 10 minutes he asked me if I would come back in the next day for an "assessment", stating it would just be a look around the office and to gain a better understanding of what they do. I arrived at 9am and was told I'd be driving to Newark which is about an hour away from Nottingham... and I'd be there until 6pm. I was sat in a Starbucks, the women who was supervising was lovely but a bit brain washed in the sense that she thought this job was the best in the world. I was made to answer questions such as "write as many marketing techniques at you can think of" and so on. Needless to say I asked to leave once she finally explained that the job was purely a 'training program" that can make you a manager in 3 weeks, was purely commission and all you do is stand outside in the cold for 9 hours pestering people into getting involved with whatever company you represent. Would not recommend as it is a waste of time, and very much so a pyramid scheme.
