Question 1
Name a conflict that you could have resolved better or that had unexpected consequences.
They completely ghosted me for four weeks, then called me to check in and then didn’t share that I didn’t get the job. I had to them call them to find out they gave it to someone that went there.
Easy one-on-one zoom with the HR screener. They emailed me to set it up. It was simple and not hard. They asked 10 question and it took 30 minutes. The initial contact was via linked it and specically catered to my skillset as it directly aligned with job duties identified by the search committee and as described in the job position.

Question 1
What a dumb section. They were all very, very specific to the role I was apply for: How have you specifically impacted X area.
The process took over 3 months. I had an interview on Zoom and then over a month later was invited on campus for a 4-hour interview with several interviews included. I felt that the interviews went really well and was looking forward to an offer, but I received essentially an automated-style email that seemed to have been scheduled to be sent with no real feedback. I was curious about feedback as to why I was not selected and never heard back after sending a follow up email.
