The director and his second sits with you in a tiny box of a room and tells you how they want people to stay here. They let you know in that moment that people don't stay long. It is obvious soon after being employed why no one stays long.

The interview process usually involves a closed-door interview with at least the Director of Security and likely the Lieutenant or supporting supervisor. You will get a brief description of the responsibilities and expectations they have for you, but it will not prepare you for the reality.
