Interview
The whole process is made of four parts: a one-way assessment of basic technical knowledge; a personal interview; a technical presentation of choice; and a technical presentation chosen by the company.
You need to complete some logic tests and in the end present a technique related to the job you're applying to. The tests are not the hardest if you are familiar with the model, but for somebody trying for the first time, it is quite hard to understand it in time to finish it.
