There are three round of interview .
written test followed by two face to face interview.
Mostly on core java and little bit on servlet and jsp.
They will start from database questions.

Interview Process is bit hard in my experience.Most question of java basics and Advance.Question will be asked on languages specified in CV.
1st round - java written Test(some description questions and few java,MYSQl Programs)
2nd round- Technical (about 30-45 mins)
3rd round- Technical
4th round- HR

Oops concepts,linked list,hashmap,Hashtable,Mapper class,exceptions,wait(),notify(),Wrapper Class,serialization,synchronization,finalization,comparator,comparable,singleton class.Few Question Other Languages depending on the languages.

Interview
First written test for 45 minutes then 2 technical rounds each went for 1 hour asked everything regarding the subject. My suggestion don't go if your getting call also just they offer less then 8k for any. It is not a salary just an INSULT!!
