I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Virtu Financial (Dublin, Dublin)
Interview
Recruiter arranged. First round, IQ test 60 questions 25 minutes, relatively straight forward, make sure to budget time. Second round, abstract reasoning questions. They are quite informal, generally interested in people with computional experience. Their interview style while friendly seemed disorganised.

I applied online. I interviewed at Virtu Financial (Singapore) in Dec 2020
Interview
After I passed the codility test, I got an interview with an HR. She was the most incompetent and unprofessional HR I have spoken to.
First she forgot to call me and took ages to answer my emails.
When I finally got to talk to her, she asked me a brainteaser that I actually knew so I felt relieved and explained the whole reasoning.
I was confident I would get to the next stage but she explained a few weeks later that my application was unsuccessful because I had made mistakes on the brainteaser.
