My interview process was a long back and forth over a number a months. This involved an intense 2 day art test, followed by a number of interviews and finally an onsite, week long paid internship.

Most questions revolve around the technical test. They asked me why I chose the programs I used, how I planned my time and where I felt I could have improved the project with more time.
