The interview was a straightforward process and assessment followed by 2 interviews, both lasting around 15-39 minutes. Everyone at the company is super friendly and helpful. I have enjoyed it.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Virtual Assist USA (Tampa, FL) in Jan 2021
Interview
I had a Skype interview with Nicole the COO first. She asked me to complete the assessment afterwards which was creating an excel spreadsheet comparing their company with 5 of their competitors with very specific instructions on how you are to email it back to them and in what form. After I completed that I had a phone interview with the CEO Danielle. Both phone interviews were short with easy questions. Danielle told me I would hear back from her either the next day or the following one. That was 3 weeks ago and after sending 2 follow up emails I have gotten no response. I would hope that 2 heads of a virtual assist company would have better communication skills than this. It's ok to not get a job but at least let the candidate know. They put their time and effort into your requests and should not be ghosted simply out of common decency. This is no longer a company I respect.

Interview
I applied online through Indeed. I went through proper phone screenings, then interviews and finally assessment testing. I felt the interview process was handled accurately and fairly, everything seemed very standard and process based.
