Initial screening from HR, 4 technical discussions with Lead, Manager, AI Test and final discussion with VP (Technical). finally HR manager, my current ctc is 41L and asked for 50L (i have total 10 yrs exp & relevant 4.8 Y). They confirmed that they have budget but HR denied saying that high expectation. The worse thing is i asked them clearly that do you budget or not initial phase only and they said they have but with same reason they rejected at last after all this discussions. It's total time waste
