"My experience with VSS Company’s hiring process was incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. Despite clearly communicating my salary expectations from the start, both before and during the interview, I was kept waiting for 22 days without any updates. During this time, I provided all the documents requested, including my salary slip, offer letter, and relieving letter. After multiple follow-ups, I was finally informed that they had selected another candidate who fit within their budget. To add insult to injury, the salary they offered was significantly below what I had made clear from the beginning. This entire process felt like a waste of time. If they knew they couldn't meet my salary expectations, why proceed with the interview? The lack of communication and respect for my time was unprofessional. While I understand budget constraints can affect hiring decisions, this should have been addressed much earlier. I hope VSS Company improves its transparency and communication in future recruitment processes to avoid wasting candidates' time."
