Question 1
Can you tell me about how you helped a customer meet a goal?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at VisibleThread in Aug 2023
Interview
My experience interviewing with VisibleThread was less than ideal. I wanted to share my thoughts on their interview process, which left much to be desired. First and foremost, the lack of communication was glaring. After applying, I was excited to interview, but it became apparent that VisibleThread's hiring process was far from smooth. The absence of recruiters to guide candidates through the process made it unnecessarily confusing. This was a significant drawback, as it left me feeling lost and unsure about the next steps. Additionally, I encountered issues with scheduling and punctuality. On two separate occasions, members of the team rescheduled interviews, and showing up late seemed to be the norm. This not only displayed a lack of respect for candidates' time but also reflected poorly on the company's professionalism. Perhaps the most frustrating part of the process was being ghosted. After completing a product trial and a debrief meeting, I eagerly awaited feedback or any form of communication. However, I never received any follow-up or even a courtesy rejection. This was incredibly unprofessional and left a sour taste in my mouth. In summary, my interview experience with VisibleThread was characterized by a clunky process, poor communication, scheduling issues, and ultimately being left in the dark. I hope that the company can improve its candidate experience in the future, as these issues will become detrimental to its reputation.
