VisionSpring Communications Role interview questions

A timed, unpaid writing assignment was required directly after my first screening call. These aren't generally uncommon, but it felt odd to complete one before more in-depth conversations with the team especially since I've held multiple relevant positions and had many writing samples available for review when I applied. Due to a technical difficulty, the assignment was not sent at the scheduled time. We worked it out, but wasn’t ideal when trying to fit unpaid work like that into my week. It then took more than three weeks to hear that I was not chosen to move on. I enjoyed the conversation with the team member, but the process overall felt disorganized.
