I got a call from Visionet Systems HR in May and was asked to come down for a face to face interview, the next day. It was for a Talent Acquisition - Manager role.
The job description was not shared, despite asking for it multiple times nor a proper HR screening was done.
I went to Visionet office, next day and met the HR POC, but after 2 minutes of discussion I got an update that my profile is not matching to their requirement and my profile was put on-hold.
Its deeply disappointing and reflects the kind of recruitment process followed by Visionet. Its sad and awful that candidates are called for interviews, without proper HR screening.
I could have accepted it, if this mistake was committed by a junior level employee, but even Senior level employees dont have recruitment process knowledge.
I request the Management POC's, not to play with the candidates, have a standardized recruitment process in place and follow it methodically.
