One phone screen, four separate interviews with the hiring manager and members of executive leadership, and reference checks over almost 3 months - for a project management position. This resulted in a single 3 sentence email thanking me for my time, but letting me know I was not selected. This is a deeply unprofessional organization and I would caution anyone thinking of applying to heavily consider this decision.
