Fairly straightforward — show interest in the firm, why you want to work in Investment Banking, know about their transactions, why you are interested in technology, etc. Interview lengths can vary, but you'll have 1 phone interview with the Analyst and 1-2 phone interviews with Associates

Great first round over the phone with analyst and then two second round interviews with associates. Definitely wanted to see how you fit with the company and the people were generally overall extremely chill and were great to talk to. Loved my time during the interview
