Hr discussion Online test Technical interview The online test was the complex part. During the “technical” interview, the complexity of the questions were average at most, and no true technical questions were asked(knowledge of a certain technology).

Short meeting with HR. Then 45 min meeting with HR and Engineering Manager. Followed up by a 4 hour test project. They did not reply after I completed and sent the project.

The entire experience was very offputting. The interviewer was bouncing around on an exercise ball, he seemed uninterested and did a poor job explaining how the company survived COVID and had no reassurance as to their ability to survive other economic hardships.

What was a mistake I made in a previous role? Explain something in simple terms. What was the closest I've ever been to being kicked off a project (meaning did clients NOT like me and why?)

Worth noting that we have a positive outlook of the company (with projected growing sales for next year) and are committed to finding an US-based PM to strengthen our team.
