Interview
The interview was in two stages, and each was conversational. I think the idea is that it is easy to get a good understanding of someone's competency by having a technical discussion with them. I talked about prior experience, personal projects, and answered any questions that they had.

Interview
One initial interview with internal recruitment team, one with hiring manager for technical and skills based questions, and then a cultural fit interview with HR. It was a very speedy process and not left waiting for feedback.

Weren't set questions, more of a discussion about who I was, my skills, knowledge and background, what I was looking for and hoped to bring to the role together with a discussion about the role itself, how it might develop and the make-up of the team.
