I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Vitrum
Interview
Interview was for a senior leadership role. Interviewed with the CFO, completed an online personality assessment, then had my final interview with the CEO. The interview with the CFO was very positive and connected well with him, could see myself working with him easily. Then I interviewed with the CEO and it was a terrible experience. I decided about 10 minutes after meeting the CEO that I was no longer interested in the role. He was arrogant and presented himself as a know-it-all with no humility. Going into the interview, I read a lot of the employee reviews and saw many negative reviews towards the CEO, upon finishing my interview I believe those reviews were accurate.

Question 1
Less structured, more ran through my resume and asked questions, mostly situational, some knowledge based questions.
The first step consists of an email invite for an interview over the phone to get to know you and your experiences. After that, you get an interview invite for the main role

Question 1
Experience with maintenance procedures and industrial machinery
I applied through university. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Vitrum (Langley, BC) in Oct 2024
Interview
Don't bother applying here. Extremely unprofessional hiring practices. HR scheduled a virtual interview with me over the phone but failed to show up when it was supposed to start. Tried calling of course but was redirected to voicemail every time. If their HR department is this incompetent, what makes me think I could trust the rest of them as a company? Contact email is also nowhere to be found especially in this day and age. Should be a red enough flag at that.
