Long, excessive, and inconsiderate of candidates' time. The projects and processes they expected were above and beyond for a position that pays lower than average. In the time I had completed the 3 steps of the interview, I had interviewed for 4 other companies and had 2 offers. So i ended up with a better paying job but the process was ridiculous. I have 25+ yrs as a specialist in the area they were looking for, why waste everyone's time with silly tasks?
