The interview process was very simple, only took about 20 minutes to get onboarded as a sales rep and earned the title of a manager through experience and personal achievements.

Pretty straightforward. They just want to know if you can be professional (good customer service, show up on time to work). The job is quite straightforward so as long as you show you can be professional you should get it.
