One of the more professional recruitment processes I've experienced. Everything was clear and transparent from the beginning, and the hiring manager was very helpful throughout. The process had three stages: initial discussion, take-home assignment, and a final call where I presented my solution and explained my approach. This may be their standard format. Overall, a very positive experience.
