It took 1 week for review my resume. First is HR round and second is a team leader talked about basic backend domain knowledge(mysql index type, redis cache issue breakdown avalanche penetration, consistent hash). Was ghosted after second round.

Can you describe common issues in Redis caching systems and their typical solutions (such as cache penetration, cache breakdown, and cache avalanche)?
What types of indexes are available in MySQL, and what are the differences between a primary key index and secondary indexes?
How do you identify and troubleshoot slow SQL queries in MySQL?
What is the purpose of consistent hashing?
What advantages does Spring Boot have over the traditional SSM (Spring + Spring MVC + MyBatis) architecture?
What key issues should be considered when designing a high-concurrency flash sale (seckill) system?
The communication process is relatively smooth with quick responses, but there are many interview rounds. The HR team is very professional. You can also learn a lot about this industry.
Looked highly upon the company for its product and services. However, HR & the team were unprofessional and lack of experience, lack of SOP, failed to follow up and went MIA even at final/offer stage. (It's not the first stage automated denial but from phone to video and in-person interviews) The decision makers were probably all China HQ based, also be prepared with the culture and tool differences.
