Process ?? Its a unknown word to them. Everything works on reference. it also depends on community which you are. Not only community even language does matter. And, Ethics? Dont ask about it. People have never seen Volen software and been working for them for years! Volen is one company which you shouldnt apply.

Interview will ask in Tamil and see if you are capable of being in Tamil Nadu. Hardly ask few question of C/C++ Nowhere related to technology They see if you are from Tamil Nadu You should be a Bucket candidate If you dont have any other work then you can join this company.

They send me for the First American company for permanent position. Whole Interview process tooks 1 day. But after all the rounds they told this is contract to hire position for First American company. That was shameful.
