Volex interview questions

Spent 3 rounds interviewing. Interview screen, followed by personality and ability assessment, followed by onsite interview. Onsite interview appeared to go smoothly - Interviewed with three different people and toured the offices. Was told they would get back to me by EOW. Overall spent just about 5 hours interviewing and never heard back. No response to inquiries- just dead silence. Interview process was pretty standard for the position. But the lack of call back to simply say they went with a different candidate would have been appreciated.

Interviewer is a nice personality, total having 2 interview season. first interview ensure te culture of working style. second interview gettin deeper on problem solvig methood is a must, strong tetchnical skill needed. nice interviewer, Lab instrument etc technical question.
