This company seriously needs to reevaluate its hiring process because what I experienced was beyond unprofessional. I had an interview scheduled at the end of April, waited more than 30 minutes, and nobody even showed up. No notice, no apology, no respect for the candidate’s time.
Trying to be understanding, I rescheduled for early May, 2026. Unfortunately, the second interview somehow managed to be even worse. The recruiter joined late, looked completely unprepared, and conducted what can barely be called an interview. It lasted around 5–7 minutes, consisted mostly of mumbling and vague small talk, and the only actual questions asked were my name and email address. Then suddenly I was told to “wait for the offer.” It honestly felt less like a professional recruitment process and more like a badly organized prank.
What makes this even more ironic is that the company expects candidates to have strong English communication skills, while the recruiters themselves struggled heavily with basic fluency and professionalism. For a company presenting itself as US-based, the standards were shockingly low.
I’ve interviewed with many companies before, and this was by far one of the most disorganized and disrespectful experiences I’ve ever had. Candidates invest time, preparation, and energy into interviews. The least a company can do is show basic professionalism and respect.
To anyone considering applying here: value your time more than they value it for you.
