I am not aware of the full recruitment process. Tho the first step was a standard interview with someone from the people & culture team; it was a friendly chat-up with typical questions relevant to the role
HR was really friendly and chatty. First 10 minutes passed with basic background questions like, "what is your current job tittle". Then, she explained the series of interview process. It was the first interview. After that, a technical interview is made.

There were three rounds of interviews. The first round was with HR, the second with the department manager, and the final interview was with the CTO. They asked about project management and battery technology questions.
