Pretty good interview process for IT/customer support. Felt professional, unlike other interviews I have been in. I had a few meetings with the recruiter, and he was nice. The recruiter had me take a test for customer support abilities and also asked me customer-facing questions through a live interview. After this, he let me know my answer as far as if I was going to be good for the job. Onboarding took a little bit as far as official start date.
