First round behavioral interview with recruiter. No pleasantries or background on the company at all - just dove straight into questions on my resume then couldn't answer role specific questions that I had.

Long interview process - HR round followed by audio interview with VP, followed by tech assessments through exercises. Poor communication towards the end of the process. There was no response for a week after the last interview round and then an abrupt rejection.
Pretty general interview process- Tell me about yourself and what are you working on and where? How you got interested in Energy? How did you learn about Voltus and why do you want to work here? Why are you interested in Demand Response?
