Contacted for a panel interview with 3 people. Later, interviews with people individually. There were an excessive amount of questions that were very redundant. I had to repeatedly explain my answers because they didn't understand. It felt like I was giving a lecture at times. Their answers to my questions were just regurgitations of my answers. They also questioned me about my personal life beyond hobbies or what I like to do outside of work. I suspect they ran a background check without my consent because of this.
Overall, I found the interview to be very insulting and suspect wrongdoing on their part.

You have a 5 gallon bucket and a 3 gallon bucket with an unlimited supply of water. How do you get exactly 4 gallons in the 5 gallon bucket.
Internal representative in contact for scheduling. Several interviews with leadership and asked to prepare an analysis before final decision made. Quick turnaround requested on the analysis. Analysis was relevant to position.
Standard behavioral questions and some technicals regarding corporate finance and analysis. Nothing too complicated, equivalent to a 30 min read up on financial statements. Interviewer was pleasant and process was smooth.
Initial HR interview followed by a technical interview with Director FP&A. The interview went very smoothly as all the questions were basic and conceptual. It was pre COVID so all interviews took place in person.
