      Der Prozess bestand aus mehreren Gesprächen mit HR, der Fachabteilung und der Geschäftsführung. Zuerst gab es ein Kennenlernen zur Rolle und zum Team, danach ein fachliches Gespräch mit Fallbeispielen und zuletzt ein kulturelles Fit-Gespräch. Die Gespräche waren strukturiert, wertschätzend und gut vorbereitet.
