First call with founder / CEO
After initial intros the guy said he has to join an important meeting and he'll reschedule our call.
This of course never happed. Extremely unprofessional and it shows how amateur the leadership is. If you don't like someone tell them. Simple.
Definitely avoid if you've more than a couple of years of experience. It's amateur hour.

Thank you for your feedback. I want to apologise for your experience during the interview process earlier this year - there is little excuse for this other than being understaffed and a little too stretched. We have since overhauled the interview process at Vovi, with this now being managed directly by our head of the studio, ensuring all interviewees receive the time and opportunity they deserve.
