Vp interview questions

This interview consisted of a pre-distributed hypothetical case study. I presented my views and gave suggestions on how the project should be run. Also, how their problems could be solved. It also included questions about my past experiences and character.

A 2 stage process, with the first being an informal chat around my CV, experience and knowledge around the L&D sector. Unfortunately I was invited to a second but before undertaking it, it was withdrawn based on my location despite. This was especially disappointing given that this was known prior to the first interview.
